Cowardly acts, by a feminine ran optometrist. Came in for contact appointment and that went smoothly. Was interested in sunglasses but was having a hard time finding some that fit, they offered to stretch some with heat, i agreed, the lady literally said “I’m going to stop trying to stretch these before they crack” I honestly purchased because of her efforts… by morning, they were cracked… from the heat that had been applied. Not a great place to go for equality, the doctor seems nice but you can’t take everything for face value.
Dr. Motley and her team are amazing!!! My daughter got something embedded in her eye on a holiday in the afternoon. I called and explained the situation. They not only worked us in but also very affordable and friendly. We will absolutely use them for in the future for our optical needs. I highly recommend them!
