I had phoned Steven to trouble shoot some minor issues with my water heater. Steven had given me step by step instructions to correct the problem prior to booking appointment, which had helped to fix the issue. He stated that if that didn't work to text back. I was very pleased and impressed with his assitances. He was very helpful and professional. Based on my brief interaction I would highly recommend his service and suspect that his work would be as good as his word.
We were staying in Osoyoos, B.C., and discovered our RV AC had stopped working. I contacted this mobile RV service. Steve responded within one hour. The next morning (Sunday!!), he drove 1.5 hours, arriving on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Amazing service. Dependable, arrived when he said he would, reasonable rates. He was intelligent, demonstrated competence and confidence, and was just a very nice person.
