As part of our service agreement, Mason comes out to do yearly maintenance on our furnace in the fall and our AC unit in the spring. Mason explains the work before starting and carefully checks everything on his list. I really value the great service he provides and look forward to seeing him again in the spring to make sure our AC is ready for the hot weather, and in the fall to check the furnace before it gets cold. Everything is still going well with their service.

Full Spectrum HVAC Service did a fantastic job repairing our furnace. The technician, Mason, was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He arrived on time and made sure to answer all my questions about the furnace repair. They removed our old unit from the basement and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. if i could give more than 5 stars, this hvac team definitely deserves it. recently, before the big heat wave, they replaced our old air conditioner. another hvac company told us to change both the ac and furnace since the units are 18 years old, but after gregory’s inspection, he said we only needed a new ac. this saved us a lot of money. they arrived on time, treated our home with care, and explained every step of the installation. honestly, they are the best hvac contractors i have ever worked with! now i see why they are ... read more

my heat pump started making a really loud noise early one saturday morning. i called the hvac company and was surprised when a real person answered right away and took my info. about 5 minutes later, douglas called me back and said he could be at my place in 15-20 minutes to check out the issue. he let me know that he wouldn’t be able to get any big parts until the next business day, but he still showed up right on time. luckily, there was no major damage to the system. douglas found the problem (a dead rodent stuck inside),... read more
