We had a problem with our new thermostat after installing it ourselves. The heater kept running on emergency heat and wouldn’t turn off, which was making our energy bill go up fast. Preston came out the same day we called Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning. He was friendly, took his time, and was very detailed. We needed to replace our old furnace and AC unit in Lakewood. Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning handled everything from the initial estimate to the assessment and installation with great professionalism. I had a great experience with my HVAC service in Lakewood. The technician, Bryson, quickly found the problem with my older heating and cooling system and fixed it without any issues. He was very careful in my home, wearing shoe covers to keep my floors clean, and made sure all my vents were open before he left. The staff I spoke with on the phone were always friendly and kept me updated about the part I needed. I highly recommend their HVAC services.
