The furnace stopped working just as temperatures plunged to a chilling -12 (wind chill). I've been a homeowner for 40 years, and the furnace inspection and cleaning I received from Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning was by far the most comprehensive I can remember. Trenton, who did the job, even took the time to vacuum the top of the water heater, vent pipe, and humidifier. He spotted a crimp in the humidifier drain hose and promptly replaced it. Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning came highly recommended. Bryson and Trenton tackled a heating/cooling issue on the second level of my home in Lakewood. They skillfully re-routed the duct work and connected it more efficiently to the furnace.
