Have been going to full spectrum for over 5 years now. It’s a great boutique gym where you are always made to feel welcome. The trainers are wonderful and all so personable.

I had reason to deal with Full Spectrum Health recently (specifically Who Dares Swims which operates under this company). I can only describe those dealings as unprofessional and unethical. Money was taken with services not rendered and I have been given reason to believe that the company employs people without verifying their qualifications. I would warn others to be cautious in dealing with the company (and associated businesses) and hopefully you can avoid the disappointing experience I have had with them.
