Full Spectrum is my go to Gym in Loveland Ohio When I travel back and forth from Naples’s Fl every 4 weeks to visit family and friends. Mike delivers the highest level of professionalism and training and is constantly tailoring training to my individual needs. I have been very happy with my result’s. This gym should have 6 stars ! If you have not tried it give them a try, you will not be disappointed
