Full Spectrum is my go to Gym in Loveland Ohio When I travel back and forth from Naples’s Fl every 4 weeks to visit family and friends. Mike delivers the highest level of professionalism and training and is constantly tailoring training to my individual needs. I have been very happy with my result’s. This gym should have 6 stars ! If you have not tried it give them a try, you will not be disappointed
I have been training at FSF with Mike Shannon for almost 10 years. Not only has Mike helped me with my fitness and strength, but I have gained so many friends as well. It's a positive and supportive place! It doesn't matter if you are young or "old", FSF is a fantastic place to be!
