This company is awful, if I could give them negative stars I’d give them -5 stars. Tried to charge me for 2 months after I sent their equipment back. And then try to charge me for the equipment I sent back claiming I did not send it. Thank god I still kept the receipts months later. Hold on to your receipts because they will turn and say they did not receive just to scam more money out of you.
I could understand one or two glitches but it was the opposite. They only got two things right and one of them was my last name! (Not my first name though). They also won’t let me open a line in my name with my owned, unlocked phone just because my former roommate had his name on our former internet service. Even though the mobile line was in my name and billed separate!! I can’t use a phone I own without permission from my former roommate?!? How does that make sense? Spectrum SUCKS!! I don’t even want to give them the 1 star. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I am done!!! I am tired of calling them almost every night around the same time, because I feel like they cut my service off. They say they are updating or there is an outage in my area, How many outages or updating can there be & it’s funny it happens at least every other night if not every night.
