The repairman, Doug, provided excellent service and was very prompt in making sure the work was completed as planned. Doug was hardworking, knowledgeable, and kept working until the problem was resolved. He serviced my Norcold refrigerator and it now works better than it ever has. I would recommend him to anyone that is having problems.

I have been in the RV World for over 35 years, I've had lots of experiences dealing with repair facilities and repair technicians. Full Service RV is one of the best that I have ever worked with. Don at full service RV provides Modern-Day Technology with Old School Service. When you call you will talk to Don, you won't have to talk to a service writer, who talks to a service manager, who talks to a technician. Don is honest, his pricing is fair, and his knowledge of the RV industry is excellent.

I called Full Service R V after hours and he gadly came to help me in the middle of the night . He fixed my problem..didn't over charge me ..was very respectful and nice . I will call him again if needed cause he knows everything about maintenance and repairing R V plus !

Don’t waste your time with them like they wasted ours. We scheduled for them to come work on our rv today and he said he would be here between 9 am and 11 am…11:30 came around, we gave him a call, with no answer, and then he finally left us a voicemail at 1:30…2.5 hours after the latest time that he scheduled. We are pressed for time and this really put a wrench in our plans. Thanks for nothing.

RV AC blowing hot air in July in Arizona. Inside got too 96. Have animals. Called Doug answered phone right away on Saturday evening. He came out same evening, fixed AC and only charged for service call. Excellent customer service. Knows his stuff and he will be my go to RV guy. Already recommended to neighbors. Don't hesitate: need help-call him. Thank you Doug!
