We had a flood from the second floor bathroom. A stressful time for us. Full Service Property Restoration was sent our way as a preferred contractor through Accuserve who manages the water or fire mitigation portion of claims for the insurance companies. They document everything every step of the way. Thermal camera, moisture meters and even a 3-D camera to document the entire home. Erik and his crew are careful and do outstanding work. Eric came and gave me peace of mind on some ceiling patches that I thought were dangerous. Turns out it wasn’t mold or condensation. But I most appreciate the customer service he provided and knowledge he gave me! Thanks Eric!
