Would not recommend this company. Spoke to female secretary. She stated she would call me back in five to ten minutes to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Never called me back. Very unprofessional
We reached out in 2022 for a driveway quote. Shawn measured everything and promised a quote within two weeks. It’s now been three years, countless follow-ups, and we never heard back. That’s not just unprofessional - it’s flat-out disrespectful. After seeing the poor quality of work they did for someone we know, we’re grateful we never signed a contract. Consider this a warning: if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this company.
Awful road rage. Poor customer service. Leave jobs unfinished and choose to not go back and fix them creating large water issues
Full Service Paving did a great job paving our driveway and parking lot. We were very pleased with the finished result. We had to wait longer than anticipated to get the job completed but the end result was worth the wait.
Called full service for a sealing quote, they took our number and address down and said they would call back to schedule a time to come and give a quote. 2 weeks later nothing. We called back and they said our information was lost and again they would call back to schedule a time for a quote. Again they never did and just showed up!!
