I work for an HVAC contractor. The contractor relied upon Full Service Electric for a big job worth tens of thousands. I am 100% dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism, scheduling, hurting my company's reputation with our client and builder, and lying to us. If I could give no stars I would. Their lack of regard for completing a job they scheduled is unbecoming of a licensed company. They originally found us on Google and called us to perform all of our electrical work via piece rate pricing. BEWARE.
Won't do residential and the work we need because there too busy. Wow.
Business to business. They always provide us quick fast and amazing service on a daily basis. On a separate note, one of our mutual customers called me today to let me know how amazing Butch and his brother were at his home yesterday. So from a homeowner stand point 5* and from a business stand point 5* as always. THANK YOU!
