I just had my carpets done this morning and I have to hand it to Jim & Laura. Job was done quick and the carpets came out looking brand new! Excellent service with an excellent price as well. If I could rate higher than five stars, I absolutely would! Thanks again!
They do not do a good job cleaning. I had them come clean my couch and it looked worse after they left. The first two photos are what a few parts of the couch look like after they left, but my grey couch is covered with brown streaks. They came again in order to fix their bad job but it doesn’t look any different. And they had a lot of excuses. Full Service Carpet Care just recently did a cleaning on my Mother In Laws Carpet , Tile & grout and let me say it is so pretty & shiny!
