Unfortunately I was disappointed in their service. I was told they did not need to vacuum the rugs first, because the machine they had would both clean and stuck up all the dirt, and that did not happened. After they left we vacuumed, and there was so much dirt left behind, look at photo. Also, Laura was not there even 5 minutes and I caught her sitting on the job, she herself even said, oh man you caught me sitting on the job! Great local company. So friendly and easy to work with. Needed carpets cleaned quickly, they were there the next day and did a very thorough cleaning job.
Reasonable pricing very easy to schedule and start the process good customer service and communication. I don’t recommend for heavy stain removal/cleaning for rugs and carpet though. Thanks for trying anyways!

Had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning company! Our rental home’s carpets were left in terrible condition after the tenants moved out, but Jim and his team did an amazing job restoring them. They were professional, friendly and worked efficiently from start to finish. Best of all, their pricing was very reasonable. Call them first if you ever need carpet cleaning done. You won’t be disappointed!
