Amazing facility and great coaches! I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for group classes that push you.
Great coaches and clients. Haven't had a bad experience. I enjoy all the people there, the community feeling. And of course, the stellar workouts.
I visit Appleton for work a few times a year. I wish every gym treated drop ins the way Sam does. I genuinely enjoy going there. He treats me like a regular and coaches me just like he would anyone else. His $$ philosophy on those of us dropping in should be evaluated by other gyms. Big fan of Full Send Fitness
