We left our vehicle here for diagnosis. They were unable to identify or fix the issue, yet refused to release the car until a diagnostic fee was paid. No repair was performed. Very disappointing experience.

This business seems more focused on charging fees than helping customers. The diagnostic price increased significantly from what was initially stated, despite no repair being completed. I did not feel that customer satisfaction was a priority here.

We brought my wife’s car here through a personal referral. Initially, we were told the diagnostic fee would be $120. Later, we were informed that because they spent about two hours, the fee was now $300, which was never clearly agreed upon beforehand. When we decided not to proceed with the repair, the situation became very uncomfortable. Full Rods did a pre-purchase inspection for my wife and I, which led to us avoiding the purchase of the vehicle. The Full Rods inspection showed over $5,000 worth of repairs the vehicle would need. We will be working with them, moving forward, and give a 5 star recommendation to anyone in the market for an honest mechanic.
