The project manager for this company was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced. He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them.
We had been searching for an unexplained strong odour in the undersink cupboard using maintenance and plumbing trades without success. This company arranged an inspection by a technician who identified the source within one hour after excluding moisture or mould. First class result in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend this company as a first port of call.
Had a leak from my air conditioning. I called the guys at this company and within a few hours upon arrival I was met with a polite young gentleman. He came in a nice clean looking vehicle with all the equipment needed to conduct the inspection. Once finding the issue he dealt with it as professional as possible and left the job cleaner then he walked in to. Five stars great service.
Flooding is no doubt a challenge at the best of times. Around Christmas more so. This company were extremely responsive, very professional and supportive give clear advice and regular checks. Very happy to recommend.
Big shout out to the manager and his team. They were very professional, detailed and explained the whole process to us. We were really stressed and unsure about what to do after our whole house got flooded. They were quick on site, had their machines set up and got the drying sorted. They were always available whenever I had any questions and even saved our indoor plants. Thanks again to the manager and your team, really appreciate your work.
