Obsessed with this studio and with Ali. Her energy is unhinged and I love it. Her playlists are always on point as well. The whole studio is clean and everyone is so friendly. They have a shower stocked with everything you could ever need. Top tier studio, staff and amenities.
Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and willing to help out with whatever you need. Jo is an amazing instructor with high energy, great choreography/weight combos and always pushing us to finish strong.
Great full body workout - party on wheels!
Been going here about 4 months and really like the high energy classes. It’s a unique concept with “dancing” and weights incorporated into the 45 min class that flies by. First class free!
