I have been taking spin classes for about 18 years and I have followed Missy around for most of that time. Thanks to her, I experienced my first class at Full Psycle a few months ago in Orange County and became hooked immediately. I was very impressed with the Palm Springs facility and ALL the staff. (Jewels and Ruben are awsome!) They are all extremely friendly and ready to help and answer my questions. The spin classes you experience at a Full Psycle studio will be like no other spin class you have ever experienced!

Absolute best spin class. It's actually fun because you can see all your stats like if you had a power meter on your bike. You can do little races between other classmates, so fun. I'm an ex pro world tour cyclist and this class was definitely challenging for me. Don't fear tho you can make it as hard or as easy as you'd like. But the awesome spin instructors really push you! Ask for instructor Ronnie as I feel he really cares about your fitness and getting you in shape. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this studio- I have been spinning for years and have been waiting for a high quality studio in Palm Springs. Staff and instructors are very friendly and I can't wait to return!

Get your rock on and your workout in all at the same time. Great place to get and stay healthy. Super friendly staff and instructors. Love this place!
