I cannot say enough about the Full Pot of Flowers in Riviera Beach (West Palm Beach). When my west coast floral delivery failed the floral workshops that were carefully planned were destined to fail. Manager Sil and staff went above and beyond in ensuring I was taken care of.. After a three hour drive, I was greeted by SMILING staff, ice water, and fresh fruit at the door as a way of easing the stress of my day. It’s disappointing to experience such a clear lack of oversight with the staff here. Silmara consistently presents as agitated, often making snappy and unnecessary remarks that come across as unprofessional. She made claims she would put an order in at night almost nearly to purposely not follow through. Lori, who seemed pleasant initially, appears to have adopted a similar tone over time, which has noticeably affected the overall atmosphere of the shop.
