Opened over 40 years ago Health Food SuperMarket & Restaurant We offer Natural Health Cooking Classes Restaurant open Monday - Friday 11 am to 3:30pm Serving a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, & desserts. All food is hand prepared using the freshest natural ingredients. The chicken and turkey we serve is naturally raised from Shelton Farms with no chemicals, hormones, or additives. Our homemade dessers are fresh baked daily, without the use of sugar or white flour.

I love this place! Great health food store! Fresh organic produce, all natural products, supplements and even cosmetics. There is also the restaurant that has amazing sandwiches and soups. Family owned, great staff!
Vast selection of organic food I really like Full O Life grocery. I like to feed my family organic food, and for years before organic food became trendy and readily available, I would purchase it from Full O Life. The have always had a large selection of organic fruits and vegatables, as well as many organic pre-packaged foods. Good local health food store Full of Life is a great resource for health food grocery products and vitamin & mineral supplements. They are comparable in price to Whole Foods, but more expensive than the internet or VP Discount Vitamins (see review--also in Burbank). We won't shop here again They have expired food for sale. I stopped going for a while because of this. I talked to their buyer-he was very nice and apologetic...months after our talk I made another reluctant trip there. At home I discovered yet again the product had expired.
Blech Blech. This place is pretty awful. I suppose if you like bird seed and food that tastes like cardboard this might be the place for you. Healthy food doesn't have to be flavorless.

The Best Tuna Melt This organic healthy market and restaraunt have The Best Egg salad and tuna melts ever!!!! They also have the Best side dishes EVer!!! After lunch go buy some extra healthy snacks for home!
