Opened over 40 years ago Health Food SuperMarket & Restaurant We offer Natural Health Cooking Classes Restaurant open Monday - Friday 11 am to 3:30pm Serving a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, & desserts. All food is hand prepared using the freshest natural ingredients. The chicken and turkey we serve is naturally raised from Shelton Farms with no chemicals, hormones, or additives. Our homemade dessers are fresh baked daily, without the use of sugar or white flour.

Not a huge selection but a quality selection. A large vitamin section and an eat in area to enjoy lunch. They have a great BBQ tofu sandwich that is amazing and their salads are good as well. Unique hours so make sure they are open before going!
Full O'life has a wonderful selection of all-natural and organic products. The staff is knowledgeable and the little cafe is yummy.
Great selection of specialty and organic foods and HUGE selection of vitamins and supplements. They also have cafe with delicious healthy foods.
Great local place for organic fruits and vegs. The restaurant can get busy at lunch. Definitely healthy but not gourmet. Only ate here twice.
