There were some unexpected shipping surprises, but Bob was on top of it and really wanted to make sure I was satisfied during the process and that I was happy with the result. Buying items from auctions can be a little "iffy" but it was awesome that they really cared about my customer experience. Kudos to Full of Surprises!
