Rena was so patient, understanding and flexible. It was great to never feel rushed in with our time to get to our appointments. Her handouts have been so helpful and her way of moving through the program made it easy and enjoyable despite all the information. The program itself is something I am so glad I came across. I feel it’s exactly the mindset and relaxation I need leading up to giving birth as well as feeling prepared for our birth day. Thank you Rena for being a great teacher and guid.

We absolutely loved Rena's Hypnobirthing class! As a first time mom, she made me feel so much more at ease and comfortable knowing I had the education and tools to prepare for birth. Before her class, I was unsure of the entire birthing process and what coping mechanisms and pain management tools I could use for my unmedicated birth. Knowing I wanted a completely different birth eperience than with my first baby (and 1st husband), 8 years later I decided there was no reason my 2nd husband and I shouldn't take this class. We both learned so much and really gained confidence to be able to handle anything that came up during the birth. The videos were extremely helpful for us both to see and hear what a relaxed and confident birth can be like.
