Rena has been an amazing hypnobirthing instructor. She provided us so much education around birth and beyond, even going over breastfeeding/ 4th trimester with a newborn. I feel prepared and confident going into my birth with all the tools and powerful information provided by Rena. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to pursue a natural birth using the hypnobirthing method.

Rena was so patient, understanding and flexible. It was great to never feel rushed in with our time to get to our appointments. Her handouts have been so helpful and her way of moving through the program made it easy and enjoyable despite all the information. The program itself is something I am so glad I came across. I feel it’s exactly the mindset and relaxation I need leading up to giving birth as well as feeling prepared for our birth day. Thank you Rena for being a great teacher and guid.

Knowing I wanted a completely different birth eperience than with my first baby (and 1st husband), 8 years later I decided there was no reason my 2nd husband and I shouldn't take this class. We both learned so much and really gained confidence to be able to handle anything that came up during the birth. The videos were extremely helpful for us both to see and hear what a relaxed and confident birth can be like.
