Heather is phenomenal. She does a great job, I've been seeing her for almost a year. And each time is well worth the visit. I have done multiple myofascial release sessions, and breathwork. Her practice location has easy access, park and entry.

Heather is an expert in her field. I have seen her for a couple of years specifically for her MFR. Her intuitive sense of what and where needs addressing is unmatched. She has healed numerous issues in my body that I had been struggling with and trying to address with other modalities for years, over a decade for some! I went and saw Heather today for "what I considered" my first massage! She hit spots that were so tense and areas I didn't even know I needed to be released! She was also so gracious enough to show me a little bit of her Myofascial Release technique!! What a treat! The whole experience was professional and felt so homey! It was so easy to relax and let Heather work her magic. Will absolutely be back for more. Excited to try out her breathwork as well!
