Welcome to our small Los Alamos Bakery. We started out as the Western Regional Bakers of American Flatbread Frozen Pizzas for 5 years. Delicious flatbreads and great service! I ordered the nitrate-free pepperoni and peppers 10" and it came out perfectly (much better than the photo shows). Lots of outdoor seating.
We made the trip to Los Alamos just to eat at Full Of Life Flatbread...and we were not disappointed. One of the best artisan pizzas I've ever had! Everything was good...the salad, the wine, the woodfired pizza...even the music playlist! Cudos to the kitchen staff. Wait staff could have been more attentive, but friendly enough... Two thumbs up.
Micheal was a great server! Took care of me and my wife. Alejandro is doing a great job in solidifying customer service. Micheal was attentive yet easy going, made our trip extremely enjoyable. I would recommend him. Flatbread was out of this world!
This place is super good. The quality of pizza, the service of the staff, the mountains that you see while eating on the outside porch is worth the visit. Price is pretty reasonable. Loved the place. A must visit! Oh, the crust is made of sour dough whole grain. Thank you so much!
Drove the hour to try this place last night and it did not disappoint! We ordered a salad, 2 pizzas and the plum crème brûlée- all delicious! Having moved from the northeast it’s tough to find genuinely good pizza and this passed the test. Bonus was sitting in the outdoor garden and some Grateful Dead music playing in the background. Great vibe!
