Honestly this place is not it. Everywhere else in Los Alamos sells better food at better prices and with better quality. We are locals here and the 4 times we’ve gone here have been consistently bad. The bread is always stale, dry and flavorless, the staff are inattentive, and the atmosphere can only be described as chaotic and overwhelming. Delicious flatbreads and great service! I ordered the nitrate-free pepperoni and peppers 10" and it came out perfectly (much better than the photo shows). Lots of outdoor seating.
I gave this place 3 chances and it missed the mark every single time. The first time, I ordered Take Out; a drink and two flatbreads. The bartender took a half full glass of melted ice from the bar that was sitting out for who knows how long (a 16 dollar spritz) and dumped it in a to-go cup and handed it to me after waiting for 30 minutes. We made the trip to Los Alamos just to eat at Full Of Life Flatbread...and we were not disappointed. One of the best artisan pizzas I've ever had! Everything was good...the salad, the wine, the woodfired pizza...even the music playlist! Cudos to the kitchen staff. Wait staff could have been more attentive, but friendly enough... Two thumbs up.
This place is super good. The quality of pizza, the service of the staff, the mountains that you see while eating on the outside porch is worth the visit. Price is pretty reasonable. Loved the place. A must visit! Oh, the crust is made of sour dough whole grain. Thank you so much!
