My papa has been wanting to go here for over a month, we were finally able to go this past weekend and it did not disappoint. Definitely will be going back service was friendly, atmosphere is welcoming in a old school cowboy kind of way, the custom menu covers are so wholesome too. The flat bread (pizzaz) were so delicious the crust fluffy and crunchy im guessing thats due to the wood fire oven. I do wish the wings were more on the spice side but thats probably just cuz im Mexican lol. I will definitely keep this spot in min... read more

We have been coming here for over a decade and are never disappointed but all of the thoughtful menu items with seasonal ingredients. Full of life is a fitting name but it’s also clear it’s full of love here. Definitely a restaurant we will miss after leaving the area and will make sure we dine at when we visit.

Before food: arrived around 6:30-7pm, 15-20 mins for us to get a seat, 10-15 mins before we placed our order, 30-40 mins before we get our food. They made a mistake on our order and the waiter was very kind to offer us the flatbread for free. Food: Loved the flatbread. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We ordered the weekly special Navajo Churro Lamb Birria and tomato sause + cheese flatbread. The lamb birria was very juicy and flavorful. The tomato sauce was okay but nothing special about it. After food: 1 lar... read more

The one restaurant that reimagined Los Alamos. Before flatbread Los Alamos was either a quick fuel stop or your home of less than 1000 people. Flatbread with their inviting modern bar, woodfired pizzas in Stone ovens within a quaint, charming non-traditional pizza place setting and re-imagining of how Pizza should be. Flatbread brought people from all over to Los Alamos, even other aspiring chefs came to town and even brought a Michelin star for Los Alamos. Not just your cheese, pepperoni bland blasé pizzas, fresh one of t... read more

I've been eating with Clark and his staff for over 20 years, and it's one of my favorite restaurants in SB Wine Country, and my choice for best value for fine dining. There is no pretention here, even though the food quality could warrant it. Michelin-level kitchen with family-restaurant pricing. Great beers and wines by the glass and bottle--one of the few places you could go for a romantic date OR bring the kids in for pizza and fun. Don't miss the Little Alamos Salad, the Pepperoni and Peppers pizza, and anything on s... read more
