I had a wonderful experience from shopping to ordering to fitting. Excellent place, good people.
I walked in not knowing a great deal about bicycles and probably asking some real rudimentary questions. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. They answered everything I asked and offered helpful information. After talking with them, I felt good about my decision for my son’s bicycle. I can’t not recommend them enough. Thank you soo much.
The team was down-to-earth, insanely knowledgeable, and kind. I went in with a complicated problem with my rear wheel alignment that I had taken to several shops before theirs, and was beginning to suspect was unsolvable. They troubleshot a couple of different solutions and had me out of there with the bike running smoother than it had since I bought it. I had the privilege of having my bike under Jade's care.
