The older female staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept rushing us and repeatedly pressuring us to hurry up instead of providing proper service. She also ignored us when we tried to communicate with her. Her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. Good customer service should include basic politeness and respect, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing dining experience. The staff seemed to be rushing us throughout our meal. They brought out our dessert while we were still eating our main courses and reminded us that we only had one hour at the table. They also brought us the bill before we had even asked for it, which made us feel pressured to leave. Also we came to the manager she didn’t respond at all.
So fresh and tasty. Delicious healthy Thai food, full of veg and flavour.
