Mack explained everything he was going to do and the overall process in great detail. Then the job was done very thoroughly and diligently. The duct cleaning expert arrived in a timely fashion. He was really knowledgeable, and to make sure we had found the right vent, he even crawled under the house. Without any traces of the hose or anything else on the carpet, he had to work both inside and outdoors. Excellent experience!
