Very friendly, and I'm sure they're lovely people. Unfortunately, confidential information about our desire for a faith based Psychologist (provided by us as parents with acknowledgement that our daughter was currently struggling with her faith), was shared with our daughter during her second (and final) consult. I've had three sessions with Carmen now and after visiting at least two other psychologists over the last two years (one being a principal psychologist) who both lacked empathy or understanding of my situation I can safely say that Carmen not only has outstanding knowledge for someone just starting out in her career but she also has the genuine empathy and warmness other psychologists lack. Laura is an absolutely wonderful psychologist. Extremely empathetic and professional. Really knows her stuff! The admin team are always helpful and happy. I love the look of the clinic. Seriously stunning! Would recommend Full life psychology to everyone.
