I want to share that while I thought the physiotherapist I worked with was excellent, I will not be returning due to my experience with the office staff. I was charged a $185 no-show fee after rescheduling my appointment over the phone. During that call, the front desk staff told me I would not be charged for rescinding they even put me on hold to confirm this. Despite that, I was later charged the full amount. I had a full hip replacement, so I need to learn how to walk again. FFRW was recommended by my wife's doctor from several facilities to receive my physiotherapy that were offered by Mt. Sinai. I just completed my fourth appointment. Sina, my physiotherapist is excellent - he monitors my progress and adds exercises accordingly. The front desk staff are very nice. The facility is clean with ample space for treatment.

I had an appointment last Wednesday at 5:00 PM for 30 minutes. Due to heavy traffic, I called ahead and informed the clinic that I would be about 7 minutes late. My session started at 5:10 and ended at 5:30, which I completely understood was due to my delay, and I didn’t raise any concerns. However, this past Saturday I had two back-to-back appointments booked: one at 10:30 AM for 30 minutes and another at 11:30 AM for 45 minutes. Been a client of Full Function for over 6-7 years. Hands down best physio clinic in Vaughan. Dr. Joe is a true professional and educated in various sports and activities. It’s always a breath of fresh air catching up and chatting with him about life and random things like golf. Between concussions, shoulder injuries, to back injuries… Dr. Joe and his team can do it all, would highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a new clinic. Thanks again Dr. Joe!
