My first day at Full Function I could barely walk. My left ankle got injured after walking on a steep incline for 30 minutes. When I got to the top of the hill, I fell face down because the ground suddenly became uneven. It took several treatments but now I am much better. Vishal my physiotherapist also showed me exercises that can help strengthen my ankle. I highly recommend Full Function and Vishal.
