Not only was I “scammed” by this business owner and overcharged(asking for payment before service should’ve been my first red flag), Xavier forgot our first scheduled appt that I cancelled work and waited 4 hours for, then rescheduled our 2nd appt hours before the job again. In all this free time I had time to “price shop”- he overcharged me by twice as much which was confirmed when the workers showed up, completed the job,asked me to sign and tried to collect payment of $175.
