After many failed attempts from another gas company servicing the southern highlands to solve issues, with a gas heater fireplace, with many empty promises, 4 attempts to resolve the problem, charged for parts that weren’t supplied and no communication within the company as they use a call centre. Glenn may be able to fix a leaking toilet, but he is out of his depth when it comes to hydronic heating, despite his affirmation he is the expert! Glenn was contracted to install a hydronic system in our new home, it was poorly installed and never finished even though the job was 97% paid. It would appear he is highly susceptible to Covid and headaches, which only exacerbates his unreliability. I cannot recommend this company.
Glenn did a fantastic job servicing our heater, he’s very knowledgeable and got to work very quickly and efficiently. Will defiantly be having him come back out next year for another service.
