Glenn may be able to fix a leaking toilet, but he is out of his depth when it comes to hydronic heating, despite his affirmation he is the expert! Glenn was contracted to install a hydronic system in our new home, it was poorly installed and never finished even though the job was 97% paid. It would appear he is highly susceptible to Covid and headaches, which only exacerbates his unreliability. I cannot recommend this company.
Glenn did a fantastic job servicing our heater, he’s very knowledgeable and got to work very quickly and efficiently. Will defiantly be having him come back out next year for another service.
Nothing but good services and a happy disposition. Comms are easy and problems are solved. Glenn explains the problem and the solution. Even had a follow up call a few days after to see if the job was functioning as supposed to. If there were six stars I’d give it. Top bloke.
This review has been updated. Glen attended a burst pipe. He arrived quickly and did a fine job, so we booked him for other work. He didn’t confirm a time, so on the day he was due I had to call and text to find out where he was. He later called me back to say he was unwell and would come the next week - which was totally fine. I then called and texted 3 times the following week and got no response.
