Very poor service will never return again billed insurance incorrectly as well leaving me with a big bill for sure didn’t feel like the patient came first

These people need to find a new job. They are very rude and inconsiderate. I had bloodwork done and waited 2 weeks for the results. They never called. When I got the bill in the mail from the lab for $400. I called them and asked why I never received my results. Shelly lied and said the lab had been down. I asked why I was looking at a bill then??
