This is a great Ottawa bike shop and the service department helped me out a couple of weeks ago. I generally deal with the Hintonburg location, but the St. Laurent shop is near where I work. About 2 weeks ago at lunch time, I noticed that my winter bike had a flat tire... and then noted that my spokes (front wheel) were unbelievably loose and I could pinch them and they would bend... not good. I recently placed an order from Halifax and was really impressed with the service. My order arrived in less than 3 days, which was faster than I expected. The Jelly Ranchers included in the package were a nice touch and added a personal feel to the experience.
