Amazing service
I recently made my first purchase from Full Cycle and overall the purchase process was relatively easy. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was easily rectified. The original bike that they had in stock was going to be built for me to test, but then a few days later I was told it was already sold. However, I was told I could still go in to test the bike. Great service overall! Abby and Phil have been so instrumental in helping me set up my new bike as I embark on a new adventure in Ottawa/Gatineau! They took the extra mile to adjust the bike seat and allowed me to take a test drive to make sure it was the right fit. I was even informed about my bike lock that I forgot on the counter. Thanks for the taking the time to accommodate my cycling needs. Looking forward to my next visit!
I had a minor emergency to get my bike repaired and William and Sam were super accommodating, even though it was a busy time. They had the part in stock and had my bike back to me in under two hours! Can’t thank them enough.
