Have taken my son here on a few occasions for some mini camps and some individual lessons. Fantastic facilities and staff. My kid is always asking when the next time he can go back. Would highly recommend.

Teen athlete has been going for a few weeks and has made a ton of progress in his lifting! He loves the environment, encouragement and progress that's provided!
I don't recommend getting your kids locked into just one sport. Have them be a complete athlete and then when the finally like something above all else you get them specialized coaching at this place!!
