Jonathan is not reliable , does not return calls, promise work to be done and just doesn't show up. What should have been at most a 2 week job is now going on 3 months. He took lilly pads from the pond and kept them, materias left from the job that we paid for and we can't get him to fomplete the job. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Would not recommend this company. We have had nothing but a hard time with our grass and sprinkler system since they so called “fixed it” three years ago. The customer service started really good then was disappointing in the end. They also charged a lot of money. Very disappointed in our investment with them.

Called to get a quote for repair. The man called me several days later and said he would come out Monday to look. Never called back or showed up. No follow up at all

Since they finally called me back, I am waiting to review this company until after we meet.

Had an appointment with Jonathan for an estimate on a routine pond maintenance job. Never showed up, didn't call to cancel or reschedule. Disappointed - would not recommend. Perhaps customer care is not a priority or they don't need the business.
