Had a gp appointment to discuss a women’s health issue I have been experiencing in which I got no real answers and overall unsatisfactory care. I had a hefty out of pocket cost which I expected however I was told it was necessary to make a follow up Telehealth appointment for my results which was completely unnecessary as they came up with nothing and I was given no further advice however I was still charged for another $100 for a 5 minute phone call. They dont answer their phone for months on end, they dont actually care about your womans health once you can finally see them, DONT BOOK HERE, SEE ANOTHER SPECIALIST !
I have left several appointments with Dr Ganu feeling frustrated and dismissed. During the same appointment, I was asked 3–4 separate times whether I had previously had a laparoscopy, despite repeatedly explaining that I had never had one.
