I have left several appointments with Dr Ganu feeling frustrated and dismissed. During the same appointment, I was asked 3–4 separate times whether I had previously had a laparoscopy, despite repeatedly explaining that I had never had one. I’ve seen Dr Ganu a number of times over the last few years and most recently for a pretty serious operation. She’s professional, straight-forward and the clinic does its best to rush information or appointments when there are complications or serious concerns. The communication is excellent pre and post appointments. Dr Ganu held my hand as I fell asleep for my latest operation, and sent a video message after the surgery letting me know how it went (as the nurses deal with hospital discharge).
