My children and I have gone to these doctors for almost a year and every time we see a new doctor and they seem impersonal. My daughter has ADHD and is on a medication that she has been on for 6 months. We are trying to get a refill for her and it’s nearly impossible, the refill went to the prescribing doctor except he’s not in the office and so she’s out of her medication and I can’t get it refilled until he’s back in the office this has been going on for 5 days and it’s a nightmare!! She has been our pediatrician for 20 years. She is always so attentive and has helped my kids so much with figuring out issues and finding solutions. She is the best!
We have been seeing Dr. Mason for a year with our first baby and have received exceptional care! She has always been professional, informative, and has provided gentle and thorough care for our little one. I always leave feeling heard and always have an opportunity to ask all and any questions I have. We’ve seen Dr. Andrews once or twice and have received the same level of care from her. I’ve been happy with all the nursing staff we’ve seen too, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you all!
