Everyone is always so friendly. I have not had a provider that actually cared about my health and me as a person the way that Dr. Hershman has shown me these last five years. She moved a little far away from me but I will always do the drive for her and the service that they provide. It is not every day that you actually find a good doctor. I’ve always recommended them and will continue to do so.
We love Dr Patterson and his MA Sergio! It is such a blast when we take our daughter in. Sergio and Dr Patterson are amazing and we don't feel like just a number when we come in. Our daughter loves seeing them both! I definitely give my kudos to Sergio because he is sooo personable and it honestly feels like we're old friends catching up every time we come in. The physicians are fine but the staff on the phone and in person are awful. Everytime I call they have been condescending and I'm not a problem patient. I keep to myself and do what people ask of me but they always talk down to me. The woman at the front desk was also this way but then overly fake nice to other people. A year or two ago you had the best staff but these people are insufferable.
