I would give them zero stars! This office is completely incompetent and utterly unprofessional. My first appointment was at 9:30 AM, and the doctor arrived more than 40 minutes late—causing me to lose overtime hours at work. Today, I had my second appointment; it was scheduled for 10:15 AM, and I arrived at 10:00 AM. So far the receptionist staff are absolutely terrible and incompetent. They're rude, unorganized and just a headache to deal with. I've heard good things about the doctor so I'm keeping the appointment, but the receptionist staff could use an overhaul. Update After calling back and forth to this office multiple times to make sure they had everything I needed for the appt I was assured I was all set. When I reached out to the office with a health concern, I was delighted by the front staff's exceptional service. They efficiently arranged for me to speak with the nurse and notified Dr. Magee. My examination was conducted immediately with no wait time. The teamwork displayed by Alison, Lummy and Dr. Magee was impressive.
