Its sad because the doctors here are really good. Today was really the last straw for me. I had to transfer care for my pregnancy because I live far away and the secretary really called me up and told me I would be charged for my last visits because I'm transferring. And im double covered. She told me my bills from my PRIMARY may not be covered because im switching my OB. And then after that she proceeded to not send the NEW doctor the paperwork. My wife has been here for a year and I genuinely can't believe how terrible this office is. The secretaries are completely incompetent. I would be surprised if any of them graduated high school. They schedule appointments and when you show up they act like they have no clue what you're talking about. The primary care doctors are barely there and overbooked. If you can avoid this sad excuse for a doctor's office, do yourself a favor and avoid this circus.
Im currently 28W pregnant with my first child. I have Jennifer Grande as my OB and I absolutely adore her! I can not praise her enough!! She goes above and beyond for her PT’s. She will answer any and all of your questions(I use my chart and she still replies very quickly). I have severe anxiety and she always calms my nerves and reassures me.
