So far the receptionist staff are absolutely terrible and incompetent. They're rude, unorganized and just a headache to deal with. I've heard good things about the doctor so I'm keeping the appointment, but the receptionist staff could use an overhaul. When I reached out to the office with a health concern, I was delighted by the front staff's exceptional service. They efficiently arranged for me to speak with the nurse and notified Dr. Magee. My examination was conducted immediately with no wait time. The teamwork displayed by Alison, Lummy and Dr. Magee was impressive. This place is the worst. They do not take your health serious at all. They will refer you to ER instead of making you an apt with your Dr. I have got into countless arguments with this office over their services. I just really don't understand how they can be so careless.
Its sad because the doctors here are really good. Today was really the last straw for me. I had to transfer care for my pregnancy because I live far away and the secretary really called me up and told me I would be charged for my last visits because I'm transferring. And im double covered. She told me my bills from my PRIMARY may not be covered because im switching my OB. And then after that she proceeded to not send the NEW doctor the paperwork.
