I’ve officially been doing FCF for over a month, and I’m absolutely loving it! Every workout has been challenging but also really fun, and I’m already feeling stronger and more motivated. The coaches have been amazing — very knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to help with form and modifications when needed. Starting my second month here and impressed with the methodology of the workouts! Programming is detailed with a specific goal for each day! You get strength and also cardio! Best of both worlds!
