I never thought it was possible to look forward to working out before consistently going to classes at FCF! The coaches are amazing at building your strength levels from the bottom up, I never imagined working out with a barbell and now it has become part of my routine. I never have to worry about having incorrect form because they are always keeping an eye out to correct us and keep us injury free! Can’t recommend this gym enough!!!
1 year and 4 month update. Still a great vibe here! I’ve been attending 3 classes per week (most weeks) and I feel and see the difference. The coaches are great and really work with you to coach you through your form and make sure you are getting all the benefits of the exercise! I feel stronger, more mobile, and in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
From the moment you walk in, the energy is awesome. The classes are fun and challenging, the trainers are rockstars, and the community is incredibly supportive. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, FCF has you covered! Highly recommend!
This has been a great workout experience for me. Always changing the routine and covering all areas of fitness. Update: After almost 2 years of attending, I've gained 20lbs of muscle 💪
Love this place! Coaches are great and this is a place for all skill / athletic levels.
