showed up to get my car looked at just to see what sort of body damage it had. he was upfront and said it would cost a lot to fix and it would be in my best interest to save and get a new car down the line. it wasnt the news i wanted, but its clear this place has the customers thoughts and needs before money. you guys are great. -Devon
I seriously wish I knew about this owners lack of integrity before I dropped off my vehicle for service. Had to fight him to even look at my vehicle. When I initially dropped it off I asked if the job would take 3 weeks. He assured me it would only take two. On top of not making that deadline. He lied about 6 other made up deadlines. It took almost 7 weeks instead of the two he claimed. So I had to stop by everyday to make sure something was done that day, but 5 other vehicles came and left while mine sat on the back burner.... read more
