My twin daughters, both in high school, were referred by their nurse practitioner to Full Circle Birth & Pelvic Health for support with extremely painful menstrual cycles and premenstrual symptoms. We were advised that visceral therapy might be helpful. In our experience, the therapy did not provide relief and was costly at $250 for a one hour session. I had such a great experience at Full Circle. They were easy to communicate to and schedule with. I liked the initial conversation to really discuss your specific needs and goals. I worked with Claire during my pregnancy and postpartum. She was fantastic, she is so kind and patient. She catered each session to what I needed and communicated what the purpose of each exercise or intervention was every time. She made this postpartum recovery so much more bearable and better!

I used Full Circle for both their doula and physical therapy services. I had Shauna as my doula and she was absolutely wonderful! As first time parents my husband and I went into the labor/birth process very well informed and we felt very prepared. For physical therapy I had Dr. Stefanie and she was great. She addressed all my concerns, and my pelvic floor health is pretty much back to normal. Very thankful for Full Circle and all their help during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post partum. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Stefanie for almost 3 years. She has helped guide me through existing pelvic floor issue with my first 3 children and has helped me heal after my 4th. It is very empowering to address health issues that were pushed aside for so long. I am happy to report my pelvic floor issues have subsided and continue to dissipate. Dr. Stefanie has been so great to work with. I highly recommend her services.
