I absolutely recommend working with Stefanie. I was looking for something really specific during my pregnancy and postpartum care, and Stefanie was the only provider I could find who met my needs. Stefanie gave me an individualized approach and worked to facilitate my pelvic floor muscles back to full function. I was so happy with my results, and I am happy I invested in my self care. Now I can workout and do all of my responsibilities as a mother without pain. Can't recommend Stefanie enough.

I used Dr. Stefanie for prenatal and postnatal pelvic floor therapy for both of my children and I could not sing my praises loud enough for her! Dr. Stefanie is a wealth of knowledge not only for all things pelvic floor but also all things birth.
