Dr. Stefanie is incredibly knowledgeable in all things pelvic health, women’s health, birth, etc.! Before finding her, I did 6 months of weekly pelvic floor PT at another practice with no changes. After just one session with Dr. Stefanie, most of my symptoms were completely gone. I was amazed to say the least! Definitely start with her for pelvic floor therapy before going to other places, you won’t regret it!
Absolutely recommend!! I’ve seen Dr. Stefanie and Dr. Claire, they are both AMAZING!! Knowledge is what both of these beautiful ladies are filled with. Strengthening my pelvic floor and healing my diastasis is what these wonderful ladies helped me do! In addition of that they helped build my confidence back up while going through my postpartum journey. I’m so beyond grateful. I highly recommend going to see them during your pregnancy journey, and especially during postpartum as well!!
I've been working with Dr. Stefanie for almost two years and her services have been an integral part of my postpartum healing. She has helped with incontinence, diastasis recti, healing after my umbilical hernia surgery, general pelvic care that comes with birthing, and more. I can't imagine where I'd be, physically and emotionally, if I hadn't prioritized pelvic floor therapy with this practice. Worth every penny!
Dr. Stephanie is wonderful! Very skilled and experienced. I learned so much every session as she would explain every treatment and why it was necessary. I was shocked when she was able to put my abs back together after one session. After my pregnancy my abs had separated 1.5". The treatment helped me feel so much better, improving my posture and back to my normal self. She also came to my house which was extremely convenient after having the baby. Highly recommend!
