I have been a customer with Full Circle for about two years and it has been terrific. Knowing that my auto maintenance money goes towards a non-profit providing opportunity in my community is amazing! Also, when I have had complex repairs that required a lot of diagnostics, I was able to be informed through the whole process. Do they give you the cheapest deal in the world? Don't get your car worked on here. I took my car in for repairs on two tires. When the car was returned to me I continued to have the same problem in both tires. I tried multiple times to call and go over to the shop to have them fix the issue, but no one ever returned my calls. When I'd go over to the shop during business hours, no one was in the front office and it was locked. I really wanted to keep my money in my neighborhood, but I'd go elsewhere for car services, they have poor follow through and follow up.
