Josh is unmatched l! He had my 2007 honda CRV for a couple of days and was able to figure what was wrong, gave me a more than fair price and walked me through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Josh is ethical, honest and does GREAT work. When it was time to pay and pick up my car he had a full report waiting for me. I cannot recommend full auto diagnostic enough!
I have been a customer of Full Auto Diagnostic for about 10 months, as I was referred to him by a friend, and Josh has been without a doubt the most patient, kind, and is committed to excellent service. He is extremely knowledgeable, and honest. I travel out of my way to go to him and it's worth it! Aside from excellent service, I feel like when he tells me something needs to be done, it's not just to sell or "find problems" but genuine and upfront to make sure my car is taken care of. A+++++
We bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter’s first car. We knew when we bought it that the TPMS needed to be addressed. Looked for a local mechanic, read the great reviews about Josh, and decided to give him a try - so glad we did! Joshua is an A+ mechanic who can do it all. Fixed my 2019 F-150 electric problem in a snap. Used to work for my favorite shop and has moved on to run his own shop. Is the best value around as he does not have a ton of overhead and all the tools! Our go to guy!
Josh is an amazing mechanic and incredible guy. He's done work for me twice, once on our Acura MDX (alternator replacement) and now again on our Honda Odyssey. Had a major power steering leak, was ready to replace the high pressure hose... Josh took one look, identified the leak was at the sensor, told me how to fix it and looked up the best and most cost efficient parts for me to do it. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the diagnostic. This guy's good with cars but more importantly he's a genuinely good guy
