karen is a awesome coach plus sweet!
I've been attending a strength training class at Element 26 for almost 6 months, and it's amazing! The workouts target all muscle groups and are a good cardio workout. Karen and the staff at Element 26 are fantastic, they are very knowledgeable and genuinely caring individuals committed to and supportive of the local community. I'd highly recommend Element 26 to anyone looking for a great fitness facility!
I have been a member for almost 5 years. The impact this place and people have had on me is incomparable. My kids have always been welcomed to channel their fitness at a young age as well. The workouts are always great for anyone, no matter age or modifications. Everyday is a different workout from the day before, targeting every body group (upper body, lower body, core and cardio). There's not enough words to describe how amazing Element 26 wellness is. Right off the rip your first 2 weeks are free. You get the peace of mind to not be locked in, but I can tell you, you'll be hooked after the your first week. The classes are fun, challenging and are always different. All of the coaches bring their own style to the class and all are amazing. There is a family atmosphere that you can't replicate.
