Simon was fantastic to deal with, helped over the phone which resulted in fixing the issue on my ducati. His service is fantastic and also returns phone calls. The knowledge he provided shows his experience on bikes and his help proves that he cares for what he does. Highly recommend him and will be continuing to use him in the future.
