I had been attending this vet for 11 years, when I took my dog for a vaccination and a nail clip. They took her out the back to do this, and when she came back she was limping badly. When I queried this I was told by the vet that she had cut one nail on that leg too short so it would be sore for a day or two. (Cost $364.41 for C5 update only). I have been taking my dogs to Pets and their People for 14 years. They not only provide exceptional care, going above and beyond what is expected and have great knowledge and experience with giant breed dogs, but they are also extremely receptive to feedback. I could not be more grateful to the team for quite literally saving my dogs’ lives on multiple occasions. They understand how important our pets are to us and treat them with the respect they deserve.
Wow, I wish we had found this vet sooner! The staff are absolutely amazing—nothing but praise for them and the doctors. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Last time they even rang later to check in on him after fitting us in for a consult. Our first visit was an emergency, and from that moment, we knew we wouldn’t be going anywhere else.
