A place that should be helping people with their mental health, this place just makes it worse. I never imagined I would be treated so badly. My referral clearly indicated that I required assisted therapy from a psychologist and they assigned me to a social worker. I emailed back and requested someone to call me and no one did. When I called and spoke to Leanne on the phone, she did not take the time to listen and kept telling that she has already emailed me. The team at Fulham Consulting have help me beyond measure. I cannot thank them enough. Would give 10 starts if I could.
Staff unable to answer genuine questions and then hung up on an existing customer. Won't be returning for another appointment. Wouldn't recommend going there.
