Just got off the phone with Jay and he was very knowledgable and helpful with my questions. I was looking at a used unit being sold online and wanted to get some pricing for replacement parts and labor, and he offered not only other options that were more affordable, but also gave some great, honest advice. When I'm ready to buy and get some service done on my first Zero, this will be the place I will go!
Needed a part, and they shipped me an exact OEM replacement. It arrived next business day. Needed some special order parts and they had them ready for pickup in two business days. Awesome service! Had an issue with charging my bike. Fulgora had it diagnosed within two business days, gave me some options to charge/repair, and swapped out my rear tire for me. Great shop!

Purchased my 2022 Zero here. Very friendly service. Shop was by appointment only. Bike was delivered to my house. Disappointed there were no chargers in the parking area.
Compared to my experience with other dealers, the zero showroom is very customer friendly. No fuss customer experience. They provide the bikes for test rides and do not force you or convince you to buy one. They give you the time and freedom to make the choice yourself. I had a good experience. Jay is wonderful in working all the way from the demo ride to purchasing the motorcycle and the subsequent servicing.
