I had a problem with the family camper trailer as we were about to check out of a caravan park at Husskison. I’d managed to lose the T-pin for a specialized off road ORIC connection. Fulgis were absolutely fantastic. They suggested I text a photo of what we needed and they checked their stock. They found a similar option and had it at the desk when I arrived and charged only $25! Without doubt the worst customer experience and blatant overpricing i have ever experienced. They would not or could not provide a price over the phone. When I arrive to collect the parts the price is 140% over the price I was quoted by another supplier for the same parts? There is very little signage at the place and the customer service skills are non existent. Try another supplier.

Easy to talk to staff and nothing was a hassle for them to order the item I needed and very fast also.
